I am Cindy, Daniel's mother and one of the three in his travel group. How do I begin to tell you how fantastic this trip was!

We were so fortunate to visit all of the sites that were of interest to us and enjoyed so many people, foods and cultures. We were treated like royalty from the moment we landed in Cairo until we flew out on May 1! Our guides were very informative and we were taken with the passion they expressed in what they did.

Our very favorite guide was in Cairo, Zeina Salem, she also was with us for the trips to Sinai and Alexandria. She was very friendly, informative and made us feel the passion that she has for her country and it's history. She spoiled us with special treatment that would have been impossible for a party of more than three. She was an absolute delight!

We also were given the best treatment from our representative Ah Met, our driver Ha mid and all the other drivers and guides we were in contact with. Ah Met met us at the airport and from then on was there for all our needs and made all our transactions run very smoothly! There were also some very thoughtful additional gestures, such as flowers upon our return from Luxor, that made us feel very pampered!

You have a top rated company with top notch employees! I would recommend your services to all I know and will use them again in the future should I be so fortunate to visit your wonderful country again! Inshallah!

My name is, Lalita Daniel s wife. I was compelled to write to you as well to send many praises about your company, it's commitment to service, and the staff you employ. I know that generally when people write reviews about their vacations, it tends to be primarily based on negative experiences. I think I speak for my family when I say that the only negative part of our vacation was the fact that it had to come to an end!

All of our accommodations were satisfactory and the itinerary was certainly loaded with all of the items we wanted to see before we left Egypt. I felt as though we received the "royal" treatment everywhere we went. It started from the moment we stepped foot off of the plane. We had heard so many stories about how complicated it could be maneuvering through customs but with the assistance of Admed, we blinked and it was over. He was such a joy to interact with and he made sure that every step of our journey went smoothly. I don't know how he did it because I felt as though we were his only clients with the amount of attention he gave to us.

Every site and every encounter was so grand but the fact that we could just show up and enjoy it, made it seem as though Egypt was ours for the exploring. All of our guides were knowledgeable and sincere at every location but our hearts were taken away by Zeina Salem. She was just such a joy to be around. We could ask questions about anything and everything and she always had the answers and gave us an opportunity to see what Egypt was really like and how blessed we were to be standing where so many lives had before us. Everyone took such wonderful care of us and seemed so passionate about what they were doing that we left Egypt with the best feeling in the world. On top of that, it gave our family a chance to do what we really needed, some time to just be with each other. Not having the hassle of attractions and lines and all that entails, gave us time to just have fun! Every person we encountered was a joy and I am so grateful that my husband came across your company. I would and will recommend your company to anyone even considering going to Egypt. No other company could possible compare to yours and if they tried, they wouldn't have your staff and they would pale in comparison.

Dear Ask Aladdin,

We had an absolutely fabulous time on our trip. All of the arrangements exceeded our expectations. We were met at every airport and tour by staff who then took care of all arrangements for transportation and tickets. Ayman was excellent in Cairo, George was so helpful in getting us to and from the airports and hotels, Jackie was very knowledgeable and Arena In Aswan (unsure how to spell her name) was good, her English was just a bit difficult to understand. Ben stopped by our cruise ship to introduce himself and advise us as to time he would be picking us up the next day for our flight to Abu-Simbel and the tour guide at Abu-Simbel was also very good.
I must admit I was a bit hesitant with the initial wire transfer for the deposit as we were just dealing through a web site. We are so used to using credit cards it seems a more convenient way to us. Please extend our thanks and warmest regards to all the staff who were involved in our tours. You may use me as a reference if you wish for future clients.

Hello Gentleman

We had a very good time on the trip. We had good guides who explained very well the history and information on the temples and sites. Often the guides would give us insights that they had discovered themselves having been experienced guides over the years and even suggest good locations to take the best pictures.

Mr Ahmed who met us at the airport and looked after our general arrangements over the period until our departure was efficient and a very pleasant person. He often took extra effort to ensure things went smoothly and made himself available at all times should we need to contact him.

We hope to return to Egypt

Just arrived home exhausted - it's a hell of a long way but at least we're all safely back on the ground.

We have now arrived home safe and sound and have settled back into home and work life.

I thought I would write to say how much we enjoyed the trip over to Egypt thanks to your fantastic organising and support throughout our 3 week trip.
From the start of my correspondence with you over the internet including your quick efficient replies to my emails etc I felt we would be in safe hands with your company. It was good to meet you on arrival at the airport, the follow up phone calls during our tour, the confirmation of flights for us, made our trip so much easier.

We could not fault the transfer arrangements on all occasions (especially the 3am pickup from the airport) and our husbands formed a friendly relationship with both representatives and drivers. The upgrades at the hotels which included looking out over the Nile and pyramids was very special. A big thank you for organizing Mohammad to be our guide throughout our trip. He is a terrific guide and Egyptologist. We feel and hope that we formed a special rapport with him and we take home fond memories of our travels. Please pass on once again our thanks.

We have arrived home safely and have already begun to tell people about our F A B U L O U S Egyptian experience.

Your personal attention to every detail and prompt responses from the very inception of our tour to the end result was fantastic and made our 3 week trip to Egypt a trip of a lifetime, and one we will never forget.

You should be very proud of ALL your staff, from your representatives who were always there for the transfers and the registration at our accommodation (no matter what the time), your drivers who took on the task of battling the Egyptian traffic in their own cool manner, to the guides who gave us all the background knowledge and information on the fabulous country that is Egypt. They ALL made us feel that nothing was too much trouble and that we could ask anything of them and they would oblige (they made use feel very much at home).

Please pass on once again our thanks to Mohammed our guide and Egyptologist, Mohammed treated as friends and not just tourists. We felt he was showing friends around his country, which he obviously loves and so we also loved thanks to him.

Our Egyptian holiday was a memorable experience and is now a highlight of our overseas travels.
