The hotels in Cairo and Egypt
|
|
Hotels in Egypt vary from 5 star to
1 star. The international standard
of rating hotels can be open for
interpretation in Egypt. What you
may perceive as a 4 star hotel,
could be in reality, a 3 star hotel.
However, Egypt does have some of
the most luxurious 5 star
accommodation in the world. In the
last few years there has been an
explosion in the hotel building in
Cairo. In every major town you will
find a variety of hotels. The main
hotels are usually fully booked
and
reservations must be made well in
advance.
This is especially
true in the summer time, when most
of the Arab tourists visit the
country. If you are here in summer
and it is peace and quite you are
seeking, then the larger hotels of
Cairo, filled with holiday makers
are best avoided. |

Listed below
is a small selection of hotels
ranging from 5 to 3 stars. The
ratings are based on previous
travelers feedback. If you have any
questions about any hotel that I
