Arrival at Cairo International Airport, greeted by our representatives who will assist you through immigrations and customs formalities. Then Transfer by our deluxe coach to your hotel in Cairo for check-in and overnight at hotel.

Because all of our packages are all privately arranged whereas you will get a private tour with private guide and private transportation, there is NO fixed start or finishing dates, you can do it at your own schedule. If we have to, we will simply alter the itinerary so that it fits with the cruise embarkation, ensuring that no planned visits are missed, just rescheduled somewhere else. This allows you to get the best available flights, which is a huge asset if you are traveling on a budget. Obviously, this is something that companies who only offer large group visits cannot offer.

All of our packages are private, which means that only those who accompany you will be in your party.
NEVER will you be expected to join in with another group nor will others be expected to join with you.

Repeated Travellers:

If you are returning to Egypt and do not want to see the same sites that you have already visited, do not be afraid to ask for changes to be made. Just let us know, when making your booking and alternative visits will be suggested to you.
Once again, our itineraries are not ‘set in stone’; this is your holiday/vacation and we will fill any request; if it is possible!

Price Policy:

Our Egypt package prices are net and best guaranteed and estimated according to the season of travel, and the chosen hotel/cruise category.
We basically quote all out travel programs based on 5 and 5 star deluxe accommodation and we don’t offer 3 star accommodation for hygiene purposes
Prices are applicable all year around, except for the Easter and Christmas peak periods, where is peak period supplement negotiated at the time of booking.
All prices shown are per person sharing in 'Twin/Double room'
Prices per person apply when there are 2 people travelling, sharing a room.
The 'Single supplement' applies for single travellers who require their own room and needs to be added to the 'Twin/Double' price.

AskAladdin accepts all types of Visa, Mastercard & American Express. We take payments online. For online payments, We will email you a link you can click on to pay via our secure online system. To Book a Trip: A small deposit is required to ensure your commitment to the trip.

Credit Card Booking Fees are included in tour price. All credit card transactions are handled securely via 3D secured Visa and Master card Transitions.

FINAL PAYMENTS:

Full payment must be made no later than 30 days prior to your arrival in Ireland. AskAladdin Tours accept payment by Visa, MasterCard or Electronic Bank Transfer. If final payment is not received as scheduled your reservation will be automatically canceled and your deposit payment forfeited.

 DOCUMENTATION:

All documents relating to our Private Escorted Tour of Egypt will be sent to you via e-mail.

 CHANGE / REVISION FEES:

There are no extra fees for name changes. If you require a room type change from double to twin or vice versa, there are no fees but it is subject to availability. 

Changing a different tour date is possible 180 or more days before your holiday start date & if the new tour has availability. There are no administration fees but you would have to pay the difference if the new dates are more expensive. It is not possible to change the dates of your holiday within 180 days of the start date.

PARTICIPANT CANCELLATIONS:

All cancellations must be advised in writing (by mail or e-mail) to AskAladdin prior to tour departure during normal business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm GMT, Mondays through Fridays). Cancellations are subject to the following penalties:

60-31 days before tour start date – 50% of the total booking cost
30-15 days before tour start date – 80% of the total booking cost
Less than 15 days before tour start date – 100%

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

AskAladdin Tours do not sell Travel Insurance. We would recommend "Travel Insured" or another insurance company. AskAladdin however, requires that all passengers have travel insurance.

TOUR PARTICIPATION:

To ensure an enjoyable travel experience for all participants, AskAladdin reserves the right to refuse any client whose conduct is incompatible with the interest of the tours.

Abu Simbel Trip By Flight

06:30 am our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Aswan, you will be transferred to Aswan Airport to take an internal flight to Abu Simbel, where you will be able to gaze in amazement at these phenomenal rock-cut temples built by Ramses II. During your 2 hour stay here you will be able to enter both temples; the Temple of Ramses and the Temple of Nefertari. Please note that photography is not allowed inside the 2 temples.

Once your visit here is over you will be transferred to Abu Simbel Aiport for the flight back to Aswan, followed by transfer to your hotel in Aswan.

08:00 am, our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo, drive to Alexandria. Your visit to this beautiful city, originally built by Alexander the Great, includes a trip into the catacombs (Kom el Shoqafa), where the early Christians were buried; the Roman Amphitheatre, which every town in the ancient Roman Empire had; the Alexandria National Museum, built in a former palace and now houses almost 2000 artefacts which tell the story of the city, including the recent finds from the sunken part of the city; and finally a visit to the Montazah Gardens, a private park where world leaders often meet, 150 acres of numerous trees, palms, and flowers which overlook many bays and beaches.

Lunch will be supplied at a local restaurant in the middle of this exciting tour, and at the end of the day you will have a tired, but fulfilled, drive back to Cairo.

07:00 am, pick you up from your hotel in Cairo, our representative will escort you to the airport for your flight to Luxor. Upon arrival you will be met by our representative who will start your full day tour with a trip to the West Bank of Luxor: the tombs of the New Kingdom Pharaohs in the Valley of the Kings; the tombs of princes in the Valley of the Queens; the magnificent temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El-Bahri finishing with the immense Colossi of Memnon. After lunch, at a local restaurant, you will be taken to the magnificent Karnak and Luxor Temples.

Once your visit to these ancient Theban Temples is complete you will driven back to Luxor airport for your flight back to Cairo, where our representative will take you to your hotel.
