Grand Egypt Tour Package

Explore Egypt over 17 days, with seven nights in Cairo, four aboard a Nile cruise, one in Alexandria, one in St. Catherine and three in Sharm El-Sheikh. Sightseeing, domestic flights, transfers and meals follow the listed itinerary. Accommodation upgrades depend on local availability, including in St. Catherine.

Choose your accommodation collection

Classic offers our entry accommodation collection. Comfort is our recommended accommodation upgrade. Deluxe is our highest accommodation tier. Your personalised proposal specifies the hotels, room types, cruise vessel and cabin categories, where applicable. Sightseeing, transport and meals are provided as listed in the itinerary. Cruises operate on a shared vessel, not a private charter.

Seasonal guide prices

USD per person sharing a double room or cabin for 16 nights. May–September: Classic $6600, Comfort $7300, Deluxe $9500. January–April and October–December: Classic $7100, Comfort $7900, Deluxe $10300.

Guide prices include a $1,500 economy international airfare allowance per person from the USA, included once. Actual airfare depends on departure airport, dates, routing, baggage and availability. Domestic flights are included only where listed in the itinerary. Your final proposal shows the actual airfare and any adjustment before booking.

Christmas, New Year, Easter and special-event departures are excluded from these guide rates and quoted separately. Exact-date quotes apply to shoulder-season and cross-season journeys. Single-room supplements are indicative and reconfirmed with suppliers; private-group savings and optional experiences are quoted individually. Existing confirmed bookings retain their agreed terms.

Pricing details

All our Tour Prices are per person based on two persons sharing one room.

The 5-star standard packages are the same as the deluxe package in everything except upgrading the accommodation to 5-star superior hotels.

Single Supplement:
This option is available for those who prefer traveling with others but prefer single accommodation. This will guarantee you your own room for every night of the tour. The number of single rooms we can offer is limited, so it’s best to book early.

CHILDREN POLICY:

Children are subject to charges as per hotel and cruise rules;

Price per age:
Age: 0 - 2 years - Free of package Charge.
Age: 2 - 6 years- pays 10% of the tour package price.
Age: 6 - 11.9 years - pays 50% of the tour package price.
Age: above 12+ years - pays full tour price per adult person in a double room.

NOTES:

Children's policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents.

If your tour package includes domestic airfare, extra charges for your children may apply.

Payment & booking terms

Inquiries for tours must be made first to book your desired Egypt trip; then, spaces will be secured upon receiving a deposit of 10 % which will be deducted from your overall bill.

Returning travellers

If you are returning to Egypt again and do not want to see the same sites that you have already visited before, please do not be afraid to ask for any changes to be made. Just let us know when making your booking and alternative visits will be suggested to you. Once again, our itineraries are not ‘set in stone’; this is your holiday/vacation, and we will fill any request; if possible!

Flexible travel dates

Because all of our packages are privately arranged, whereas you will get a private tour with a private guide and private transportation, there is NO fixed start or finishing dates; you can do it at your own schedule. If we have to, we will simply alter the itinerary so that it fits with the cruise embarkation, ensuring that no planned visits are missed, just rescheduled somewhere else. This allows you to get the best available flights, which is a huge asset if you travel on a budget. Obviously, this is something that companies that only offer large group visits cannot offer.

All of our packages are private, which means that only those who accompany you will be at your party.
NEVER will you be expected to join in with another group, nor will others be expected to join with you.
