Egypt on the Go: 6 Days, 5 Nights

Use Cairo as your base for an active journey through Egypt’s highlights. Spend five hotel nights in Cairo, explore Giza and historic Cairo, fly to Luxor for a full sightseeing day and return to Cairo, then discover Alexandria on a guided day trip. Return Cairo–Luxor domestic flights are part of this itinerary; schedules are confirmed with your dated proposal.

Guide prices and flights

Prices are in USD per person sharing a double or twin room, including a $1,500 international economy-flight planning allowance once per person and the five-night land itinerary. The allowance is an estimate, not a confirmed fare or ticket. Final airfare depends on your departure airport, travel dates, routing and baggage.

Already have flights or adding Egypt to another trip? Request a land-only quote: the displayed guide prices include an airfare allowance that can be removed when international flights are not required.

May–September uses summer guide rates; January–April and October–December use winter guide rates. Christmas, New Year, Easter and other peak dates are quoted separately. Shoulder and cross-season stays require a dated quote. Single-room supplements are indicative and require reconfirmation. Children and group arrangements are quoted individually.

Pricing details

All our Tour Prices are per person based on two persons sharing one room.

The 5-star standard packages are the same as the deluxe package in everything except upgrading the accommodation to 5-star superior hotels.

Single Supplement:
This option is available for those who prefer traveling with others but prefer single accommodation. This will guarantee you your own room for every night of the tour. The number of single rooms we can offer is limited, so it’s best to book early.

CHILDREN POLICY:

Children are subject to charges as per hotel and cruise rules;

Price per age:
Age: 0 - 2 years - Free of package Charge.
Age: 2 - 6 years- pays 10% of the tour package price.
Age: 6 - 11.9 years - pays 50% of the tour package price.
Age: above 12+ years - pays full tour price per adult person in a double room.

NOTES:

Children's policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents.

If your tour package includes domestic airfare, extra charges for your children may apply.

Payment & booking terms

Inquiries for tours must be made first to book your desired Egypt trip; then, spaces will be secured upon receiving a deposit of 10 % which will be deducted from your overall bill.

Returning travellers

If you are returning to Egypt again and do not want to see the same sites that you have already visited before, please do not be afraid to ask for any changes to be made. Just let us know when making your booking and alternative visits will be suggested to you. Once again, our itineraries are not ‘set in stone’; this is your holiday/vacation, and we will fill any request; if possible!

Flexible travel dates

Because all of our packages are privately arranged, whereas you will get a private tour with a private guide and private transportation, there is NO fixed start or finishing dates; you can do it at your own schedule. If we have to, we will simply alter the itinerary so that it fits with the cruise embarkation, ensuring that no planned visits are missed, just rescheduled somewhere else. This allows you to get the best available flights, which is a huge asset if you travel on a budget. Obviously, this is something that companies that only offer large group visits cannot offer.

All of our packages are private, which means that only those who accompany you will be at your party.
NEVER will you be expected to join in with another group, nor will others be expected to join with you.
