Day 1 - Cairo: Arrival

Welcome to Cairo Airport! The first day of your tour begins when you are greeted by our representative, who will meet you and assist you through immigration and customs formalities upon your arrival. After you have collected your luggage, he will take you in our deluxe vehicle to your hotel in Cairo. Hotel check-in and overnight.

Day 2 - Cairo: Giza Pyramids, Sphinx, Sakkara, Memphis

A full-day tour follows breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, you will be driven to see the Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx: the most famous monuments of ancient Egypt and the entire ancient world! These massive stone structures were built around 4,500 years ago on a rocky desert plateau near the Nile.

After lunch, you will be driven to Sakkara to see the first pyramid, the Step Pyramid of Djoser. You will also get to see some fantastic mastabas, including the mastaba of Sakkara Mereruka, the largest one built in ancient Egypt.

You will then head off to the ancient capital of Egypt: Memphis, and you will visit the Colossus of Ramses II dominates the museum here!

At the end of this exciting day, you will be driven back to your hotel.

Day 3 - Cairo: Egyptian Museum, Old Cairo Religions Complex (Churches, Ben Ezra Synagogue, Amr Ibn El-Aas Mosque), Dinner Cruise

After breakfast, you will be taken to the Egyptian Museum: gaze at the wonders of King Tutankhamen, including his golden death mask; stare upon the mummies of some of Egypt's ancient pharaohs (optional); lose yourself in the many rooms and galleries where thousands of artifacts are awaiting your visit.

After lunch, you will be taken on a tour of Old Cairo, where the three religions of Egypt meet together:

- You will visit famous Churches, including The Hanging Church and the Church of St. George the Martyr, 2 churches built into the walls of the Fort of Babylon and its remains could be Cairo's oldest structures; and the Church of Abu Serga (St. Sergius), where, it is said, the Holy Family took shelter in a cave, with the church being erected her to commemorate this. This whole area is a world-famous destination for Pilgrims.

- You will also visit the most famous synagogue of Ben Ezra and the Mosque of Amr Ibn El-Aas, the first mosque built in Egypt and the whole of Africa.

In the evening, there is a Nile cruise dinner, which lasts for 2 hours, sailing on the Nile with Folkloric Shows and Belly Dancers. You will be driven back to your hotel at the end of this cruise.

Day 4 - Alexandria: Bibliotheca Alexandrina, Catacombs, National Museum, Qaitbay Citadel

Your day starts with breakfast in your hotel followed by a 2.5-hour drive, in our air-conditioned vehicle, to Alexandria, where you will check in at your hotel upon arrival.

After check-in, it is time to start your first tour in this beautiful city, originally built by Alexander the Great, including a trip to the New Alexandria Library (Bibliotheca Alexandrina), inaugurated on October 16, 2002, with shelf space for eight million books, with the main reading room on eleven levels; next is a visit to the catacombs (Kom el Shoqafa), where the early Christians were buried; the Alexandria National Museum, built in a former palace and now houses almost 2000 artifacts which tell the story of the city, including the recent finds from the hollow part of the city; the Citadel of Qaitbay, where about 1480 AD the Mameluke Sultan Al-Ashraf Qaitbay fortified the site, which held the ruins of the Alexandria Lighthouse.

Day 5 - Alexandria: Montazah Gardens, Transfer to Cairo

After breakfast, you will be taken to the Montazah Gardens, a private park where world leaders often meet, 150 acres of numerous trees, palms, and flowers which overlook many bays and beaches. Then you will be driven back to Cairo.

Day 6 - Cairo: Islamic Museum, Azhar Park, Moez Street Monuments, Khan Khalili Bazaar

Breakfast and then off to the Museum of Islamic Art, one of the world's most important museums because of its precious collection.

Then, you will be taken to El-Azhar Park, a modern botanical garden in Cairo founded by the Agha Khan Foundation, where you will take your lunch and enjoy the fantastic view of Cairo and the Citadel with Mohamed Ali mosque.

After lunch, you will be driven to El-Moez Street, which was the heart of Fatimid Cairo, where you will visit some Islamic monuments from different eras, such as the Complex of Qalaoun, the Madrassa of Farag Ibn Barqouq, the Sabil of Soliman Agha, the Bath of Inal and the enclosure wall of Old Cairo with its two remained gates (Bab El-Fotouh & Bab El-Nasr).

Ultimately, you will have the chance to experiment with your haggling skills in Khan El Khalili Bazaar.

Day 7 - Cairo: Flight to Luxor, Nile Cruise: Luxor (Eastbank: Karnak & Luxor)

After breakfast, you will check out, and our representative will escort you to the airport for your flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, you will be met and assisted by our representative, who will transfer you to your cruise boat: your floating hotel for your next 3 nights.

After lunch, which you will have on board, you will visit the magnificent Karnak and Luxor Temples.

Once your visit to these ancient Theban Temples is complete, you will return to the boat for your dinner.

Day 8 - Nile Cruise: Luxor (Westbank: Kings Valley, Queens Valley, Hatshepsut Temple, Memnon Colossi)

A new day, your first breakfast on board, and then it is time to visit the West Bank of Luxor: the tombs of the New Kingdom Pharaohs in the Valley of the Kings; the tombs of princes in the Valley of the Queens; the magnificent temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El-Bahri finishing with the immense Colossi of Memnon.

After this visit to the Theban "City of the Dead," you will be taken back to your boat for your lunch, and then you can watch as it departs Luxor and sails for Esna. As the Nile flows gently underneath you, dinner will be served.

Day 9 - Nile Cruise: Edfu

You can enjoy your breakfast watching as the cruise boat crosses the Esna lock and then sails onward to Edfu, home of the best-preserved temple in Egypt: the Temple of Horus.

After your visit to this temple, your guide will return you to your cruise boat for dinner, while the boat sails majestically onward toward Kom Ombo.

Day 10 - Nile Cruise: Kom Ombo, Aswan (High Dam, Philae)

Your last day of sailing starts with breakfast and a visit to the Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to the gods Horus and Sobek. Afterward, it returns to the boat for lunch and then sails to Aswan.

Once ashore, you will be driven to see the High Dam, the world's largest rock-filled dam, and then a short sail to the Temple of Philae, moved to the island of Agilika after the waters of Lake Nasser flooded its original location. It is then back to Aswan for your last dinner on the boat.

Day 11 - Nile Cruise: Aswan (Botanical Garden), Flight to Cairo, Final Departure

You will have your final breakfast on the boat before you check out. You will then be taken to the Botanical Gardens by Felucca.

After this visit, you will be transferred to Aswan Airport for the flight back to Cairo (the flight duration is about 75 minutes). Upon arrival in Cairo, you will be met by our representative, who will help you with your luggage before your final departure.

All our Tour Prices are per person based on two persons sharing one room.

The 5-star standard packages are the same as the deluxe package in everything except upgrading the accommodation to 5-star superior hotels.

Single Supplement:
This option is available for those who prefer traveling with others but prefer single accommodation. This will guarantee you your own room for every night of the tour. The number of single rooms we can offer is limited, so it’s best to book early.

CHILDREN POLICY:

Children are subject to charges as per hotel and cruise rules;

Price per age:
Age: 0 - 2 years - Free of package Charge.
Age: 2 - 6 years- pays 10% of the tour package price.
Age: 6 - 11.9 years - pays 50% of the tour package price.
Age: above 12+ years - pays full tour price per adult person in a double room.

NOTES:

Children's policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents.

If your tour package includes domestic airfare, extra charges for your children may apply.

Inquiries for tours must be made first to book your desired Egypt trip; then, spaces will be secured upon receiving a deposit of 10 % which will be deducted from your overall bill.

If you are returning to Egypt again and do not want to see the same sites that you have already visited before, please do not be afraid to ask for any changes to be made. Just let us know when making your booking and alternative visits will be suggested to you. Once again, our itineraries are not ‘set in stone’; this is your holiday/vacation, and we will fill any request; if possible!

Because all of our packages are privately arranged, whereas you will get a private tour with a private guide and private transportation, there is NO fixed start or finishing dates; you can do it at your own schedule. If we have to, we will simply alter the itinerary so that it fits with the cruise embarkation, ensuring that no planned visits are missed, just rescheduled somewhere else. This allows you to get the best available flights, which is a huge asset if you travel on a budget. Obviously, this is something that companies that only offer large group visits cannot offer.

All of our packages are private, which means that only those who accompany you will be at your party.
NEVER will you be expected to join in with another group, nor will others be expected to join with you.
