Package Itinerary

Day 1 - Fly from New York

It's an evening departure, an overnight flight on board a luxury wide-body aircraft with dinner and breakfast on board.

Day 2 - Cairo Arrival

Arrival at Cairo international airport, Meet, and Assist at the airport after going through Immigration, Baggage Claim, and Customs, Transfer to the hotel en route, (the unknown soldiers and the late President Saddat's tomb) optional dinner, and Overnight.

Day 3 - Cairo

Breakfast at the hotel is followed by a full-day tour. In the morning you will be driven to see one of the seven wonders of the world the Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx: the most famous monuments of not only ancient Egypt but of the entire ancient world! These massive stone structures were built around 4,500 years ago on a rocky desert plateau close to the Nile.

After lunch, at a local restaurant, you will be taken to Sakkara to see the very first pyramid ever built; the Step Pyramid of Djoser. You will also get the chance to see some fantastic mastabas, including the mastaba of Mereruka, the largest one built in ancient Egypt. You will then be able to marvel at the Pyramid Texts inside the Pyramid of Teti before heading off to the ancient capital of Egypt: Memphis. The Colossus of Ramses II dominates the museum here; do not forget your camera! After this amazing trip through Egypt's pharaonic past, you will be driven back to your hotel and overnight

Day 4 - Cairo and Sleeper Train

After breakfast you will be taken to the Egyptian Museum: gaze at the wonders of King Tutankhamen, including his golden death mask; stare upon the mummies of some of Egypt's ancient pharaohs (optional); lose yourself in the many rooms and galleries, where thousands of artifacts are awaiting your visit.

After lunch at a local restaurant, you will be taken on a tour of Cairo's famous Churches, including The Hanging Church and the Church of St. George the Martyr, 2 churches built into the walls of the Fort of Babylon and its remains could be Cairo's oldest structures; and the Church of Abu Serga (St. Sergius), where, it is said, the Holy Family took shelter in a cave, with the church being erected her to commemorate this. This whole area is a world-famous destination for Pilgrims. At the end of this exciting day, you will be driven to your hotel to check out and then driven to see the old market of Cairo (Khan El-Khalili) before being taken to Ramses railway station, where you will board the night sleeper service to Aswan, which departs at 2025.

Dinner is served on board the train.

Day 5 - Nile cruise - Aswan

Around 0815 AM you will arrive at Aswan station. Here you will be met and assisted by our representative who will transfer you to your cruise boat: your floating hotel for your next 4 days.

After lunch, you will be driven to see the High Dam, the world's largest rock-filled dam, and the Temple of Philae moved to the island of Agilika after the waters of Lake Nasser flooded its original location. It is then back to Aswan to rejoin your cruise and as the Nile laps gently underneath you, dinner will be served.

Day 6 - Nile cruise - Kom Ombo And Edfu

A new day and your first breakfast on board as the boat sails majestically towards Kom Ombo, where you will visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to Horus andHaroeris. After the visit, you will be taken back to the boat for your lunch while it sails onward to Edfu, home of the best-preserved temple in Egypt: the Temple of Horus. It is then back to the boat and you can watch as it departs Edfu and sails for Esna. Once you reach Esna you will watch as it sails through the Esna locks. Once through the locks, the boat continues on its course toward Luxor, which it will reach after you have had dinner

Optional Trip:

You may choose to visit Abu Simbel to see these marvelous temples, which were originally carved out of a rocky mountainside by Ramses II.

Day 7 - Nile Cruise - Luxor

Early breakfast and then it is time to visit the West Bank of Luxor: the tombs of the New Kingdom Pharaohs in the Valley of the Kings; the magnificent temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El-Bahri finishing with the immense Colossi of Memnon. After lunch, which you will have onboard, you will visit the magnificent Karnack and Luxor Temples. Once your visit to these ancient Theban Temples is completed you return to the boat where your last dinner, upon this floating hotel, will be served.

Day 8 - Luxor

After breakfast, you will check out from the cruise and our representative will transfer you to your Luxor hotel. After check-in, you will visit the magnificent Karnak and Luxor Temples. Once your visit to these ancient Theban Temples is completed you return to your hotel and overnight.

Day 9 - Luxor And Sleeper Train

Breakfast at the hotel and check out, the rest of the day is free at leisure or any optional tours. Evening you will be transferred to Luxor train station for an overnight sleeper train ride back to Cairo with Dinner and Breakfast on board.

Day 10 - Cairo and Alexandria

06:45 and here you arrive at Cairo train station, our representative will meet and assist you followed by a drive, in our air-conditioned vehicle, to Alexandria. Your visit to this beautiful city, originally built by Alexander the Great, includes a trip into the catacombs (Kom el Shoqafa), where the early Christians were buried; the Roman Amphitheatre, which every town in the ancient Roman Empire had; Pompey's Pillar; and finally a visit to the Montazah Gardens, a private park where world leaders often meet, 150 acres of numerous trees, palms, and flowers which overlook many bays and beaches. Lunch will be supplied at a local restaurant in the middle of this exciting tour, at the end of the day, you will be transferred to your hotel in Alexandria for check-in and overnight.

Day 11 - Alexandria and Cairo

Your day starts with breakfast in your hotel followed by a visit to the Citadel of Qaitbay, where about 1480 AD the Mameluke Sultan Al-Ashraf Qaitbay fortified the site, which held the ruins of the Alexandria Lighthouse, and with successive improvements, it now stands as a very prominent Citadel on the Mediterranean coastline. Lunch will be supplied at a local restaurant in the middle of this exciting tour, next is a visit to the Greco-Roman Museum. This 21 rooms museum contains about 45,000 valuable relics dating from as early as the 3rd century B.C.

At the end of the day, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Day 12 - Final Departure

Your final day starts with breakfast at the hotel followed by check-out. You will then be transferred to the airport for your final departure.

All our Tour Prices are per person based on two persons sharing one room.

The 5-star standard packages are the same as the deluxe package in everything except upgrading the accommodation to 5-star superior hotels.

Single Supplement:
This option is available for those who prefer traveling with others but prefer single accommodation. This will guarantee you your own room for every night of the tour. The number of single rooms we can offer is limited, so it’s best to book early.

CHILDREN POLICY:

Children are subject to charges as per hotel and cruise rules;

Price per age:
Age: 0 - 2 years - Free of package Charge.
Age: 2 - 6 years- pays 10% of the tour package price.
Age: 6 - 11.9 years - pays 50% of the tour package price.
Age: above 12+ years - pays full tour price per adult person in a double room.

NOTES:

Children's policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents.

If your tour package includes domestic airfare, extra charges for your children may apply.

Payment & booking terms

Inquiries for tours must be made first to book your desired Egypt trip; then, spaces will be secured upon receiving a deposit of 10 % which will be deducted from your overall bill.

Returning travellers

If you are returning to Egypt again and do not want to see the same sites that you have already visited before, please do not be afraid to ask for any changes to be made. Just let us know when making your booking and alternative visits will be suggested to you. Once again, our itineraries are not ‘set in stone’; this is your holiday/vacation, and we will fill any request; if possible!

Flexible travel dates

Because all of our packages are privately arranged, whereas you will get a private tour with a private guide and private transportation, there is NO fixed start or finishing dates; you can do it at your own schedule. If we have to, we will simply alter the itinerary so that it fits with the cruise embarkation, ensuring that no planned visits are missed, just rescheduled somewhere else. This allows you to get the best available flights, which is a huge asset if you travel on a budget. Obviously, this is something that companies that only offer large group visits cannot offer.

All of our packages are private, which means that only those who accompany you will be at your party.
NEVER will you be expected to join in with another group, nor will others be expected to join with you.
