Day 1- Luxor East Bank
Upon reaching Luxor's airport or railway station, our agent will escort you to your Nile Cruise in a private air-conditioned vehicle. Boarding is scheduled before noon. Later in the day, you'll explore the East bank of Luxor, which includes the enormous Karnak Temples Complex, representing some of the largest human-made structures in history. The primary edifice is dedicated to the deity Amun Ra, revered as the earthly abode of god. The earliest parts of this structure date back to the middle kingdom, with some references suggesting its origins as far back as the 3rd dynasty. Subsequently, you will proceed to the Luxor Temple, a monumental creation of a 12th dynasty king, completed by the renowned King Ramses II. Situated in the core of ancient Thebes and like Karnak, this temple too was devoted to Amun Re, the chief god. After concluding your day's tour, you'll be taken back to your ship for relaxation and rejuvenation. In the evening, an Egyptian folkloric show will be presented by the staff. Dinner will be served and an overnight stay in Luxor will follow.
Please note, if you reach Luxor quite early, we'll commence the tour immediately after your arrival. The cruise's check-in time is at noon and we don't want our visitors to squander their time waiting in the lobby for check-in.
Meals Day 2- Luxor West- Sail To Edfu
Begin your day with a delightful breakfast aboard the Nile cruise. Your enchanting journey in Thebes, the holy land, commences by exploring the western bank of Luxor. Here, you'll find the Valley of the Kings, the final resting place of ancient Egyptian monarchs and rulers. Following this, proceed to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut situated at Deir El Bahari. This temple is a remarkable specimen of ancient Egyptian Architecture since it was entirely hewn into the mountainside. Conclude your tour with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon, associated with King Amenhotep III. Following this, retreat back to your ship for a delicious lunch. Spend the rest of your afternoon as you please. A sumptuous dinner and overnight stay await you on the cruise.
Meals Day 3- Edfu-Komombo-Sail to Aswan
Begin your day with a delightful breakfast on your Nile cruise. Subsequently, your guide will lead you on a captivating journey to a place filled with enigma. The day's guided tour kicks off with a visit to one of Egypt's most remarkable temples, the Horus Temple in Edfu, renowned for being among the best-preserved temples in the country. Following this exploration, you will return to your ship, where lunch will be served as we set sail towards Kom Ombo.
In the afternoon, you'll have the opportunity to delve into the mysteries of the Kom Ombo Temple, a place of worship for the deities Sobek & Haroeris for some time. After this historical dive, retreat back to your ship for an enjoyable lunch.
Immerse yourself in tranquility on the sun deck, taking in the unparalleled scenery of the mighty Nile River. It was along these very riverbanks that the ancient Egyptian civilization was born and thrived.
As we sail towards Aswan, a sumptuous dinner will be served on board. Late in the evening, we will arrive in Aswan where you can rest for the night.
Meals Day 4- Aswan city Tour
Your ship will provide breakfast. Afterwards, you'll embark on an exploration of the magnificent city of Aswan, guided by a knowledgeable Egyptologist. The journey includes The High Dam, a colossal structure instigated by Egyptian President Gamal Abdel Nasser in 1960 AD to shield Egypt from the devastating Nile floods. Following this, experience a delightful motorboat ride on the Nile River, taking you to Agilika Island. Here, you'll explore the Philae Temple, constructed during the Gaeco-Roman era and dedicated to the goddess Isis (mother of god Horus). Your tour continues with a visit to one of Aswan's most remarkable attractions, The Unfinished Obelisk. This massive structure was carved from red granite and dedicated to the god Amun Ra. Upon completing your day excursion, you'll return to your ship. Both lunch and afternoon tea will be served on board. Enjoy your free evening at leisure. Your day will conclude with dinner and an overnight stay in Aswan.
Meals Day 5- Disembarkation from the cruise
After you've had breakfast, our representative will escort you to the Aswan airport or railway station for your flight to Cairo (Breakfast included).
**Optional Tour: You have the choice to explore the Abu Simble temples via private coach or domestic flight. In Aswan, our English-speaking guide will meet you and arrange a private air-conditioned vehicle to take you to Abu Simbel. This historic site is located on the western bank of the Nile, south of Aswan and 180 miles south of Nubia's First Cataract. Known as Meha in ancient times, it was first recorded during the 18th Dynasty when Ay and Horemheb commissioned rock-cut chapels in the southern hills. Once you arrive, your visit will include the Abu Simbel Temples, constructed by the renowned King Ramses II. The largest temple, known as the Great Temple, was dedicated to the god Rahorakhty by Ramesses II. The smaller temple was dedicated to King Ramesses II and his beloved wife, Queen Nefertari. After your tour concludes, you will return to Aswan where a private air-conditioned vehicle will transport you to your selected hotel for check-in and relaxation, or alternatively to Aswan airport for your next flight.
