What is the Chefchaouen?

Chefchaouen is the blue city of Morocco, located in the Rif mountains in the northwest of the country. It was established in 1471 as a rich Moroccan city, whether with its culture or its beauty. Hike in the Rif Mountains and seeing the whole town from above is fantastic. These peaks rise above the Mediterranean and have some of Africa's best hiking routes. 
One of the best places to hike in the Rif mountains is Talasemtane National Park; make sure to visit it during your trek.

The Grand Mosque

The Grand Mosque is one of the renowned mosques in Chefchaouen. It has an octagonal minaret, and its architecture dates from the 15th century. It is a unique attraction you must visit in the town during your tour. But you have to know that only Muslims are allowed to get into the Mosque.
