Day 1- Luxor East Bank
On reaching Luxor's airport or station, our agent will escort you to your Nile Cruise in a private air-conditioned vehicle. Boarding must be completed before noon. In the afternoon, you'll explore Luxor's East bank, home to the immense Karnak Temples Complex. These are the grandest edifices ever crafted in human history. The main structure is dedicated to god Amun Ra, viewed as god's earthly abode. The earliest parts of the complex trace back to the middle kingdom, but some elements suggest origins as far back as the 3rd dynasty. Subsequently, you'll head to the Luxor Temple, the creation of a 12th dynasty king and completed by the renowned King Ramses II. This temple, nestled in ancient Thebes' core, was also devoted to the principal deity Amun Re, like Karnak. After completing your day's expedition, you'll return to your ship for rest and relaxation. In the evening, enjoy an Egyptian folkloric show presented by the staff. Following this, dinner will be served and you will spend the night in Luxor.
Meals Day 2- Luxor West Bank - Sail to Edfu
Start your day with a delightful breakfast aboard your Nile cruise. Following that, get ready for an enchanting journey in Thebes, the holy land. Explore the west bank of Luxor, including the Valley of the Kings, the royal resting place of ancient Egyptian kings and rulers, where our Pharaohs found their final abode. Next, make your way to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari. This temple is regarded as one of the finest examples of Architecture from ancient Egypt because it was carved entirely into the mountain. Conclude your tour with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon, a monument dedicated to King Amenhotep III. Afterward, return to your vessel for a delicious lunch. Enjoy your afternoon at your leisure. Have a delightful dinner and spend the night on the cruise.
Meals Day 3- Kom Ombo - Sail to Aswan
Start your day with breakfast aboard your Nile cruise before embarking on an exploratory journey through Egypt's enigmatic history. Your tour guide will lead you to the Temple of Horus in Edfu, one of Egypt's most spectacular and best-preserved temples. Following your visit, return to your ship for a mid-journey meal while sailing towards the city of Kom Ombo.
In the afternoon, you'll continue your exploration at the Temple of Kom Ombo, a place of worship for the gods Sobek and Haroeris. After immersing yourself in ancient history, return to your ship for lunch.
Relax on the sun deck and take in the breathtaking views of the mighty Nile River, the birthplace and flourishing ground of ancient Egyptian civilization.
As evening falls, enjoy dinner on board while cruising towards Aswan. Arrive late in Aswan and spend the night there.
Meals Day 4- Aswan City Tour
Breakfast. Following this, your journey through the grand city of Aswan, guided by an expert Egyptologist, will begin. The sightseeing includes The High Dam, a structure established by the Egyptian leader Gamal Abdel Nasser in 1960 AD as a safeguard against the Nile flood. A motorboat ride on the Nile River will lead you to Agilika Island, the location of the Temple of Philae. Erected during the Gaeco-Roman era, this temple was devoted to the goddess Isis (mother of the god Horus). You will also visit a striking Aswan attraction, The Unfinished Obelisk, hewn from red granite and dedicated to the deity Amun Ra. After completing your day's exploration, you will return to your ship where lunch awaits. Afternoon tea will also be served onboard. Your night is free for leisure activities. Your day concludes with dinner and an overnight stay in Aswan.
Meals Day 5- Disembarkation from cruise - Departure to Cairo
After having breakfast, you'll check out. Subsequently, our representative will guide you to Aswan airport or station. From there, you'll be flying to Cairo (Breakfast included).
